scott-laurie-h400Scott Reed grew up in a horse and cattle family. He graduated from Seneca College’s Farrier School in 1982 and has been a farrier ever since.

At age eighteen Scott began competing on the rodeo circuit in the calf roping and in saddle bronc riding. In 1990 he began competing in the cowboy sport of cutting.

Scott’s love of all animals coupled with his wide experience with cattle and horses assures his clients that their animals get the highest quality care.

Scott and his wife Laurie along with their daughters Lexie and April live on a ranch in Norfolk County, Ontario. At Reed Farm they have a number of cutting and performance horses and Texas Longhorns and Herefords. Their cow/calf operation produces high quality beef.

The family all compete in cutting events in Ontario and in the United States.
